At Smartwatch-Straps.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new strap isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely place the smartwatch strap in its original retail packaging and include a note with your RMA number inside the shipping envelope.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Post the package to our UK-based returns center using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
